Ordered a sample and cancelled subscription but the continue to charge me also they advertise for nitro focus I ordered a sample from them and 2 days after I received the sample they charged me $105 nether companywill rresponse till they process the payment and them charge you for shipping to and from and a 35% restock fee. Total scam!!!!!

Once an account is cancelled, no future charges are processed. If this was the case please contact us with the cancellation ID # provided at the moment of the cancellation so we can resolve the issue. The Nitro Focus is not our product it is from an affiliate company. To cancel, you must contact them directly as we only offer our products.
According to the Terms and Conditions, if you do not cancel within the 14 days of the trial, you do get charged $59.95 for the bottle (The cancellation may be done through our Customer Service line, our live chats, or through an e-mail.) This charge is processed 15 days after the order is placed.
Regarding the restocking fee, as specified in our Returns Policy, we do charge $4.95 if you paid for the shipping, and $9.95 if you had free shipping.
