Since about May this year, each month I have received an email advising me that I am being billed for a product that I don't receive. Today I sent an email to discontinue this 'product' to be told I have to phone to cancel and/or return the product unopened. I am in Australia and I don't have a product to return. I am told the $9.47 is for "continued access to all of the tools,support and training YourTrimTrainer.com provides". I do not know what this is referring to. I just want this to discontinue.
