I ordered a starter kit Sep 09, 2013, never received. The next thing I see is a charge for $99.99 on my Chase account. The only thing I agreed to was a $9.99 charge for the starter kit. I was sent refills witch I can not use and because I did not receive starter kit I was unaware of there cancellation policy, so the refills were sent. At this point after spending time on the phone twice I still have not received starter kit ! It is now Oct 07,2013. They say they are not charging me for refills and I specifically told them to cancell any additional orders but at this time I have NO CONFIDENCE in this company !
