I saw the free trial for A2X with only shipping charges. Much to my surprise, my credit card was billed for 49.90. Mind you, I had sent them an e-mail telling them to cancel and not send anymore. They agreed by e-mail. Unfortunately, their e-mail was not saved. I was told that I could not return the sample.
Also, Dan Watters, support, said that filing a fraudulant report was criminal and that this will be forwarded to the proper party for prosecution! Also, there would be no further communication with me on this matter. VISA says that have seen hundreds of compliants such as this. Must I cancel my credit card to ensure not being "Stuck" for God knows how long.
