I ordered a camera from them. Got email 8/27 saying it was billed and would ship. Emailed twice since then. Still no response, or camera. Bought a substitute at Best Buy, cost me $70 more but got it immediately.
Called AJ Ritchies today. No one answered service line. Got person at billing, who then put me on hold where I sat for 20 minutes with no return by the person who answered.
I will sue them in my home state, and recover attorneys' fees as well as damages and court costs...
NEVER buy from them!
