The JCS number you entered did not work. I got charged 48.87 on July 19th and expect a refund. My son was unable to call me all the while he was in jail and now I have other erroneous charges on my checking statements. My account was charged 32.95 on July 31 and another charge of 34.95 on September 6th. These are erroneous charges and do not want to have to change my whole checking account information.
I would kindly like an answer on how this is going to be resolved.
