My situation is the same as the other people posting comments about the deceptive practices of this company. The skin treatment ordered was a trial for 4.99. A few days after receiving it your credit card is charged for 89.00. I called customer service and it is based out of the country since the customer servives person did not speak very good English so was difficult to understand. Her comment was that you did not cancel in 14 days. If it was a trial why would you know that you have to cancel. I will try and see if my bank can do anything for me. This company should be looked into for fraud and deceptive practices.
