I was connected with them through HP. The Tech guys are great. I was offered 2 complete rebates. Ok, sounds good. The two are anti virus and hard drive. I was surprised when I downloaded the rebates that I had to have my products for 90 days before submitting rebates and then wait an additional 10-16 weeks for a rebate which equals 23-29 weeks for processing.I called after 10 weeks and was told I had to wait the full 16 weeks. I called again after 15 weeks and they told me I still have to wait for at least 16 weeks. They won't speak to me unless I give a phone number, full name, address,and email address. Again, I was not told it would take 23-29 weeks for a rebate. The tech support guys are great, it is the rebate I have issues with.
