Order placed August 22. After seeing my CCard charged at the end of September, without seeing shipment, I sent a second email (first was sent in early September), asking for status. I called in Mid September without response to a voice mail. I called again Sept 30 and sat on hold for 65 minutes. finally got someone to pick up the call. I was told the shipment went out August 30. After informing the shipment was not received, I was told they would put a tracer on the shipment which would take 24-48 hours, after which I would receive an email with an update. Its now 5 days later and once again no contact. I will be contacting my CCard company tomorrow to reverse the payment, file a complaint with Better Business and file a formal complaint with the States Atty General. Lets see if that gets someones attention.
