called company for info on bug spray but agent kept trying to oversell me and i finally told her to forget about order..cancelling four times til husband took phone to cancel it! they sent box of stuff! and charged my bank acct..created overdraft as well. calls to get refund all answered by asian sounding persons to no avail. one hung upafter saying no supervisor was on duty. this company is not friendly..arrogant and hides behind language barrier..."so sorry someone will call you for refund"! nothing done yet 5days later. beware of slick tv spots for fabric fresh bug spray!!! stayed on phone 4 hours and no results
