Was offered cream postage only which I did for my grandaughter. Two weeks later £89.99 was debited from my account, I telephoned the number on the form and was refunded £44.99 and was supposed to get remainder when I returned the cream. I was given a unique number to show who I was. I have e-mailed and 'phoned and the 'phone number is now unavailable and no reply to e-mails
