Signed up for calls on October 4, 2013 contacted them because of issues I was having and never was able to talk to anyone. On the website it says unlimited calls when you talk to someone(online chat) they say that they don't have unlimited and they also told me that I didn't have an account with them but they have my money. I got ripped off instead of providing the service they promised. this company needs to be stopped from stealing the public's money.
