I was bidding on a peace of jewelry that was represented as 18kt yellow gold. I have an invoice than has all of its details and descriptions of the ring along with a photo. Everything matches between the invoice and ring but I had it tested and its not even real. It doesn't register as gold of any type. It doesn't even register as any metal. Its not what it was represented to be. I called the company and no answer just a message box. I WANT A REFUND AND THEY WONT TALK TO ME!
