I logged into their site thinking it was the official ESTA site operated by US inland security. The site is designed to look very similar and the sign up pages are also similar. I completed and received my ESTA documents but when I checked my bank account details some days later I found that they had charged me £89.00= $14.00. After some research I found that I had been scammed by estavisas.org.uk. they perportedly act as agents. I e-mailed them but they refused to refund any part of the payment. They suggested it was my own fault for not contacting them earlier. How can they get away with this??
