First ordered online in August 2013
Product never received - complained to company, told to wait as it takes 3 weeks to get to NZ.
Then told they would reship - never received.
Asked for money back - told to wait the 3 weeks -and they would then reship
told them again I demanded a refund.
Email received this morning told me that order had been shipped - that i would have to send it back to them before they would refund money.
Sent a strong letter to them stating i have demanded a refund before they chose to reship.
