I too as all the other complaints was charged for this misleading product of 148.95 which was suppose to be a trial offer of $4.99 which I also paid. I returned the merchandise ASAP and still have not received my refund back to my debit card which they say only takes 3-5 business days and it has been 3 weeks now. I've called customer service and get a different story every time. Today I called and was told that there was a glitch in the refund process but he would forward this matter to higher management and I should receive my refund in 24-48 hours. There's no number to contact higher management and it's so frustrating. I'm beginning to think we have been scammed! I've never received any email about my order or anything!
