asked for a quote for a fitted kitchen,everything was fine,handed over £100 deposit.on the monday decide to use the 7 day cooling off period i posted the cancellation form and have been given the run around ever since.The designer David has not returned any of my calls and HR keeps you on hold hoping you will give up KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.I dont normally buy off the net for this very reason.it is now the 10th October 2013 and still no joy,I REPEAT KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
