On 9/9/2011, kgb deals offered a queen size mattress, delivered, for $199. Ordered same, was told that I had to retrieve my voucher through manufacturer. Manufacturer, iskinmedix, is in the U.K., a fact conveniently not mentioned in kgb deals ad. I've repeatedly requested delivery information, finally two weeks ago asked for money back. Still waiting. They gave me a customer service phone number and a "complaint number." After repeated phone calls, getting busy signals to a call center, then long waits, finally got through on 10/17. Again asked for refund, still waiting.

I am dealing with the same issue. I ordered the same bed, it is now 11/28, over 3 months after I purchased the item, delivery was suppose to take 14-28 days. I have emailed KGB and they keep saying it "in transit" to me, now for a month and that they cannot refund my money until it arrives at my place and I send it back.
This is really bad business, I ran my personal business through KGB and I withheld my end of the deal and provided great service to every single person who bought my deal. I am extremely disappointed with both KGB and Iskinmedix. I have emailed ISkinmedix at least 4 times in the past 3 months and have never gotten a single response or return phone call. -

Ryan: I had to write to the Texas Attorney General's office with a cc: to kgbdeals, called them on the phone (repeatedly), and they blamed the supplier on the delivery problems. I finally got my charge reversed, but it took a lot of effort. I don't know if kgb is still in business, but I doubt it. You also might try the Better Business Bureau.
Since Iskinmedix is in the U.K. I doubt if any effort in the U.S. will have much effect. One of the customer service people at kgb told me that they were having problems with this supplier with another product, some kind of foam pillow. To which I responded, "how does your problem with this supplier become MY problem." And of course, she had no answer. -
