I paid 200.00 to White Lion for computer work by Mypcare. Mypcare never corrected any problems I had with my computer. Instead they tried to sell me a new anti-virus that would "speed up" my computer too. I called White Lion for a refund of my money and was told they were no longer affiliated with Mypcare so they could not give me a refund. They admitted they were the "mother" company of Mypcare and they apologized for the poor retaionship I had. I argued that they took my funds while still with Mypcare and were responsible. I was told they would call me back in 2 hours-over a month ago. I called again yesterday, they still refused my refund but would have one of their techies correct my problem. They were unable to enter the remote take over and said they would call back this morning at 9:00, it is now 1:00 and no call. They are not to be trusted!!

I took my computer in to a local techie and they found that Mypcare had entered a program where they could get remote control without my permission and the remote control enter was running continually. This was corrected at $125.00.
