I received a call from a rep on September 25, 2013 in reference to Max Garcinia Burn. The rep I spoke to stated that if I paid 99 cents they would send me the product in 2 to 5 business days. On Oct 2nd which was the 6th business day I still had not received the product. I called to cancel and was given a RMA number to send the package back which I still hadn’t gotten. I did not receive the product by the 7th of Oct. I called customer service and got the run around from a young lady who told me; she was trying to pull up the tracking number; then her system was down and wanted me to hold on until she could get help. She came back to the phone after about 5 minutes and said that I should receive the product in about 15 business days and would let shipping no. She also told me to open the package and take 20 pills out so that I can try the product and send the rest back to the company. I thought something is very strange about this so I contacted my bank and put in a complaint. The same day Oct 7th a debt transaction hit my account that stated $148.95 had been deducted from my checking account for this product. Keep in mind I still happen gotten the product. As of today Oct 11th I still have no product and am out of $148.95. So people need to beware of this scam as well as me lesson learn. I want my money back. What a mess!
