I recieved a letter on 10-05-13 saying that i owed them the $552.60 and that they would cut it down to $276.30 and i don't have a membership with them, but they did call me a while back saying i would get a $50 gift card if i became a member and i know i said no cause i can't afford to pay monthly payments and they do tell u it will only bw likw $3 a month and then they take out like $19 a month. This is bullshit already cause they're always trying to call me to collect payment and in the letter it says they already have my asupposed account in their collections department and if i don't pay it they will further collection efforts and i just wish they would just leave me alone cause i'm not paying for something i'm not even using nor have i used it , and i'm really getting pissed off and i have saw from searching the company online that it is a scam and if u ask me it is ,so i wohld like for something to be done about them and i also need help getting them off my back please. Thank you very much for taking my complaint, and i hope something gets done to them.
