I purchased what was supposed to be a designer purse. It had several stains and the zipper pull had been replaced with a cheap leather- plastic zipper pull. When I received, I immediately sent the company notice of my dissatisfied purchase along with several pictures that very day. They offered me a partial refund of 12 dollars and when I continued to ask for my money back and to return this item, I received another offer of credit with the company of 15 dollars. This went back and forth with only emails until I was told that I could resell the item by offering it up to some other poor unsuspecting buyer by establishing my own selling closet. Which I have no intention of doing as this move would lead to further frustration and drama. After reading several reviews from other unhappy customers concerning their dealings with this company, I guess I got off lucky. The company's policies that are stated are not followed and you never get the same answers if you even get an answer at all. It is all done through emails and my advice is too warn any one who thinks this is a good place to spend your money to think again! Doing some research one afternoon, i found lots of references to this company. most of the good one are company supported with posh parties, etc. Sooner or later, you'll end up like me very unhappy with a purse I will probably throw away!
