I ordered the PC optimizer pro for my computer because it was slow and I thought PC optimizer would help rid it of viruses/problems. I ordered the product, followed the download instructions, spent 2 days trying to get it to work but I was constantly given an error message. I called the company and they said I needed to pay $200 to speak to a technical consultant! I contacted paypal to request a refund and paypal have refused to issue it to me. I've also tried to contact PC OPTIMIZER PRO but their website has disappeared, their number isn't available to find online and the whole company's online presence has vanished. I'm now out of pocked by $85 and no one is issuing me a refund! I called my bank and they're also refusing to refund my money. I'm so upset! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. PC OPTIMIZER PRO is a SCAM!!!! Avoid 'pcoptimizer.com' or any simiar company :(

- 'pcoptimizer.com' and pcoptimizerpro.com is two different products. The website of pcoptimizerpro is working absolutely fine.
