Like everyone else on here, I tried the "free" trial, and then found a charge of $97.88 on my bank statement. However, the charge was under the name of "Lifestyle" in California. I'm sure it's Auravie because I did not order anything else online during that time period. I'm a tightwad--that's why I was interested in the free trial! I tried to call the company, but got a recording that just hung up after it said, "You have reached the customer service department." When I Googled their phone number, it was traced to Russia! I also went on one of Auravie's websites and tried the phone number on there, but it has been disconnected. My bank--wonderful Wells Fargo--has reimbursed me, and they are going after the company to prosecute them. Apparently they intended to keep billing me indefinitely. I had to get a whole new debit card. It's awful how these online "businesses" can do this to people. I don't think I'll order anything online again except from ebay or Amazon. Thank you scambook, for giving us recourse.
