I ordered a pair of shoes and when I received them they were too high. I have tried to contact them through email. I have sent out probably 5 emails. Each time she would take over a week to reply and her excuse would be that my email was in her spam box. I have simply asked for information to exchange a pair of shoes. She has still not been able to provide me with that simple piece of information. It's the middle of October and I ordered my shoes end of August. Do not order shoes from them as their are obviously trying to scam people. This is terrible customer service and a waste of money.
