My son paid $5.00 online with Steam, then my credit card was charged for 28 hours with over 25 charges ranging between $125 and $25 each...the charges were entered every few minutes and there was a pattern for some of them...starting with $120 then dropping by $2 to $5 increments...it appears this company does this by practice and just refunds when its escalated high enough. they have built a practice of scamming people because they assume we will all think our kids just made the charges. There is a voicemail system for billing and no one has responded. Bank of America can't reach Valve as of yet to even clarify transaction detail behind the charges. Meanwhile, I have my bank account drained and they hold onto this money while I have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. If they are doing this so often, they must also be able to make money on the interest from these bogus charges...the CEO knows whats happening and this company has not changed ANY practices to prevent this...the emails I've researched show this is a HUGE issue running back years.
