This all started when I received a message of a stop order from IMF Director Christine Lagarde. Since that time I had met all requirements but they seem to keep sending my transfer to other accounts by mistake once to Jamaica and recently they claim to have made the same mistake to Mexico and now want me to pay additional fees for their mistake. No professional organization makes the same mistake twice and refuse to take responsibility for it. I was offered a gurantee by Christine Lagarde that if the fund did not transfer into my account once a fee was paid that she and the IMF would return all the fees paid with interest. The fund did not transfer into my account and now she is demanding that I pay another fee. I now feel that with the help of a Bank of America Employee they have been able to scam me of my money through manipulation and frustration to get me to abandon the fund so they can divert it even though there is approval by the White House to transfer the fund to m,y account but the IMF has managed to do everything but that. The total fund to be transferred is 18.5 million dollars.
