I placed order on 10/6/13 called to cancelle 10/7/13 . The man said I'll receive the product and send back and I'll still be charged 148 from my Account I explained that's why I'm calling to cancelle it. He said he can't I asked to speak to supervisor she said I will not be charged if I get it back before the 10 day trial period. I mailed product back they got it with in 10 days . I found out today they charged my account . I called talked to the SME lady and she said it will take up to 7 business days to refund account . I said that she told me I was not going to be charged this is RISK FREE!!!!! she said their policy states will take up to 30 days after product is received with rma# and they have the product now. I asked to speak to a supervisor she said all are busy with phone calls. This is a joke!!!!
