Company has a 3rd party call center out of Florida providing customer service for them. The web site is very deceptive. You are required to give them e-mail and billing info as a clock timer is ticking down from 2 minutes to add urgency. There are some terms and conditions below that state if you keep the product you will be billed 41.98 yet the ad clearly states get your free trial kit for only 3.95 shipping and handling. You don't have enough time to read the terms and conditions and fill out the information before the timer runs out! When I went back to the page to read the terms and conditions it would not load from the web page error 404 and a blank page.
This is deceptive customer's be aware of this scam. You cannot cancel your order online you have to contact customer service, they try to sell you the product for half off and they must give you a RMA# for you to write on the box and return it. The package must be unopened so even if you tried it and were not satisfied you will be billed for the product. This is a complete scam. It should be reported to the Governor's office.
