I ordered a camera and was billed on 9-23-2013 and have not heard from them since. Several phone calls, waiting on hold for many minutes have produced nothing. The last contact I had with them,8 Oct., I was told I would receive a tracking number on 11 Oct. and receive the camera on 16 Oct. On phone with them now, on hold, while they are looking up the status of my order. This outfit sucks big time.
I was just hung up on after waiting for over 1/2 hour.
I called back and was told the camera was held up in customs and if I wanted to wait for it a free battery would also be sent with it or I could request a refund. I requested a refund and was told it would be 5 to 7 days for it to show.
Can you help me out here?
