The product came in the mail as a free sample. I did not order a free sample, although. I called the number on the pamphlet and it went to a tire company. The gentleman gave me, what he thought was the correct number. It was incorrect also. I went on the internet and found other complaints about this company and found the correct phone number. The customer service center associate told me that I had to pay $89.00 to return some product that I never ordered to begin with. I told him that I was recording this phone call and that I was not going to pay anything. He offered $79.00, then $59.00, and $30.00. After I let him know that my lawyer will do the rest of the talking He told me the correct information on how to return the product and apologized for inconvenience. I had to pay shipping and handling to send the product back to their company.
