I ordered this product. I was told there would be a 4.95 shipping and handling charge and A 14 day money back guarantee. They charged my account 12 days after the shipping date I received it on 9/29/13 and called to cancel on October 9th. The product wasn't opened however they still refused to take it back and charged my account 89.99.
