Through AliBaba, when I was looking for micros SD cards, I got emails from Jack at ShenZhen Sumward Electronics CO., LTD.
After many emails, I decided to buy an ipad and iphone from him.
He promised me the items would be with me in 2-3 days and supplied a tracking number with DHL. After a week, the DHL number still didn't work and he replied saying that the items were stuck at customs and that I needed to pay a further $80.
I paid it through Western Union and the package has never arrived and of course Jack won't answer his emails or phone or skype details.
Contact details given are the same as on the company website but there's no answer at all:

- hi , very interesting comment . i have been contacted by jack with very attractive offers.I don't think he is on Alibaba but interestingly he managed to get my email address. I have just contacted him on skype .i can ask him about your situation if you need me to .

Hi,
Thanks for your emails. I've tried calling him and contacting him on Skype and he won't take my calls. If you wouldn't mind contacting him that would be amazing - thank you. The problem is that the company is genuine but there apparently isn't anyone called Jack who works there, when I've called. -
