I did not sign up with this company online and they went ahead and took the money out of my account on the above date but they did not tell me this and i have received a letter dated 12/10/2011 to say that this is what has been taken. |I called the company and got a very annoyed operator saying that it was my fault and that a refund will not be permitted. I only wish my money back as i will never use this service.
