So out of curiosity I decided to try this product a couple months ago (REALLY wish I had thought it through better). Took a month to receive my 4 bottles and then had to call to say that I couldn't afford to pay for it all upfront and had to return them. The person I talked to offered me a deal to only pay $73.95 and that be it. I agreed and they ended up charging me $100.95. When I called to complain again I was told that the extra $30 they took would be refunded and that it took 3-7 business days. 7 Days later still no refund so I called again demanding to speak to a supervisor. A "supervisor" (not sure if he really was or just pretending) came to the phone and was so uninterested in helping me that I told him forget it I wanted the FULL refund and that I would send the product back. He gave me the information and told me it would take 3-7 business days after they got the package to refund my money. The next Monday I put it in the mail. They received it that Thursday and I just waited. Today is the 8th business day and still no money so I called again. First person I talked to claims it will take 30 days to process my refund. I lost my temper a bit and started cussing him out and he hung up on me. Next person claimed that she wasn't sure if the package had been verified yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were not taking calls. I informed them that I work in customer service and even if the supervisor is on break they will come to the phone for an angry customer. She still refused to put me on the phone with them so I got angrier again...got hung up on. This happened 2 more times. I think its about time to just give up and let them have this one. Just hope I can help some people out and they will think twice before dealing with these (Inappropriate Content Removed).
