I have been trying to get a refund since 1 week since a week after purchasing the product which was 12th sep 2013 for a total of $200 but they haven't refunded till date .
Please help me find a way to have this escalated as they have promised on the sales video that any one is entitled to the refund during the waiting period kindly help thanks
