This company is absolutely appalling. When i requested a refund from money that was taken out of my bank without my knowledge for something i had not registered for. I was called a liar and pathetic by the agents on the phone particularly a Danielle and Amy that work there.
I rang up pretending to be another person to inquire about a loan and they could not have been nicer and more cheerful. This has been over 6 weeks and i have still yet to receive the monies was taken from my amount. Never are you able to speak with a manager and there seems to be a really long queuing systems which leads me to believe i am not the only person that this has happened too.
As you can imagine it is frustrating when funds are taken from your account without your knowledge but then to be treated like that in awful. If you are in the same position as me then don't expect anything to rectified anytime soon and if you are thinking about using this company then DON'T.
These people need to realize what they are doing is wrong and immoral and i dont know how some of them sleep at night particularly the 2 people i spoke with
