I applied for loans online and I got a call from Capital One Bank stating that I am qualified for 5000. All I need to do is put 500 on the Vanilla Reload Pack and show that I can make the monthly payments. I just got off the phone with a representative. After reading all these complaints, I am for certain that I will not go through with this.
