I ordered Total Transformation by phone approximately 11:00pm During the 1st week of August 2013. I called back within 3-4 hours to cancel my order and was told that they had already sent it out. I told them that I would return it after I received it.
I am still waiting for the package to arrive. They deducted an additional $119.00 from my account and I had to close it to stop them from deducting any more (which they tried to do the next month). I recently called their Customer Service and was put on hold for at least 10 minutes after speaking to the initial representative.
