Hello, I have gone threw hell and back with this company trying to have my refund and winnings earned returned to me. They have now locked me out of my account I imagine because they dont want me to have my information to reference. I am 1000 percent sure they are trying to keep my deposit and winnings at this point. I have provided them with countless documentation that they asked for from my bank and myself and everytime I call to request my payout(at this point I want my full payout and to be done with this horrible company) they make an elaborate excuse why I cant have one. First it was you have to wait 72 hours after a deposit for a payout which is not CLEARLY marked in their own company guidelines. Then I PATIENTLY waited for the 72 hours called back and they said my debit card waiver, bank statements and licence were not clearly visible when I sent it the first TEN TIMES! Then when they cleared it I went about 2 weeks back and forth with them telling me its cleared oh now its not cleared its cleared oh its not cleared. Then they without my consent gave me rollover points on free play(which I NEVER USED OR WILL USE) and told me I couldent request a pay out till I reached a certain limit in freeplay again another effort to keep my money. Then I called non stop 3 days finally spoke with some guy named Brandon, he politely told me to go screw myself and that he would call back with a resolution, still have never recieved this call dont believe I will. Every time I call some lady keeps telling me he will call me in a few hours this never happens. I called to ask why I was locked out of my account because that was suspicious I was yelled at and demoralized about my OWN MONEY NOT BEING PAID TO ME. I am beyond concerned about this at this point. I really just want my money back and to open a new account elsewhere. They are scamming me unjustly, I imagine if I had been playing with just a hundred dollars I would not be being stonewalled by them for my cash but since a few thousand are involved they see green and oppurtunity. I have complied with every thing they have asked of me, PPPPPLLLLEASE HELP me, I am begging you, I have been reading online reviews of them and apparently I am not the only one nor the first. I anxiously await a response, thank you all.
