I read about this company online in a newspaper article about selling your used phones. They were listed as one of the top 5 companies, so I didn't believe I was dealing with a questionable company. Guess I was wrong. I inquired about selling my phone through their website and was given a quote of 210.00. I was sent a mailing box a few days later. I followed instructions in the enclosed letter, kept the information portion as instructed, and dropped it in the mail (also as instructed) on September 30. I have received no notification that the phone has been received and cannot find out where it is. I checked the tracking number listed on the bottom of my letter and it comes up with no information. I wrote to the company numerous times (they say they will respond within 48 hours). It has been 8 days since my last email and still no response. When I call their phone number it says the number is not in service. They were obviously right on top of sending me a mailer, but choose not to answer any communications...this is a huge scam.
