has been taken out of my account; I have not received any goods,
BUT I NEVER ASKED FOR £74.95 WORTH OF GOODS TO BE SENT TO ME.

- I had a similar experience; bought online a FREE TRIAL of Revenagenix serum post and packing £3:99 came with no paperwork about 7 days later. Didn't work for me but then found £88:56 had been taken from my account. Called my bank to say this was an unauthorised payment basically stealing from my account! They said I had taken out a subscription with this company!!! And I would have to contact them to cancel this otherwise more money would be taken! I thought Banks were there to help you! It seems this company operates under several names and I did manage eventually to find a number - 0207 979 2667 and spoke to a very rude American person, explained I wanted to return this stuff as it didn't suit my skin and to cancel any further transactions orders with them. I was given the run around and was told I could have this for 50% reduction - explained it was no good to me and wanted a full refund. I was told to return the stuff, which I have done in the same packaging it came in, but have yet to receive any refund! I have been in touch with my bank who have since stopped my card and blocked any more money going out of my account. This is a scam and a very hard lesson learned. Get all the information you can and contact them - try the above UK number. Good Luck!
