Used Groupon coupon to purchase $5 sample of Garcinia Cambogia Max, which I received. Two weeks later I was charged $105.95, which was not authorized. To date no product has been received and my Bank has been unable to find a contact phone number.
Update: 10/19/2013
I found a phone number on their web site and contacted called Nutravitae customer service (1-800-407-0891). Company issued a Return Authorization Number, refunded $49 of the $105.95, and will refund the balance within two weeks of receipt.

I had the EXACT same problem with same co. out of VA. I just got off phone with a very nice representative from the bottling company "NutraVitae" and of course they want you to keep the product. I told her I would not spend $105.95 for any bottle of any supplement since I did not spend that much for clothes! She gave me 50% off and I took it because to return it and get a refund, I would have 15.00 more spent because of restock fees. So I am stuck with it but it will not happen again. They have a different phone # than listed above:
