Asking questions about items and getting answers before buying there products was perfect.

When my money went into there account, no more replies to my emails. No item sent.

To this day I am unable to contact this company and get my money back (although I would prefer my items purchased.)

This person seemed to really know what to say and do to coerce me into paying him. Testimonials, recent items sent tracking numbers etc... They where playing a game, and stupid me believed them.

My bank tried to get the money back, but all they did is get his bank to send a letter. This letter had no legal weight whatsoever to return my money or send items. They simply have disregarded it!

This is unfair, this was a present for my son. Now because they have stolen my money, my son has to suffer! my boy will now have no birthday presents but they simply don't care.
