I also saw an ad for a FREE trial of Max Garcinia Burn, asking for shipping fee of $2.95; no other disclosures, terms, etc. About 15 days later I saw a charge debited from my bank account for $148.95. I called the number in the vendor detail line and asked what this was for. I did not authorize this charge. I told them I wanted my money back. The rep put me on hold and then came back and told me he could give me a $75 credit. I told him, "No, you will give me the $148.95 back. He put me on hold again and then agreed and gave me an RMA #. I am calling my bank to dispute the charge instead of relying on these people to stand by their comments and give me back my money. DO NOT BE FOOLED. I am also calling the Better Business Bureau.
