I got the same exact experience as the Complaint 252712, the company played the dirty tricks to steel the money from careless customers. The first time I thought I paid the 5.99 for the shipping/handling fee and I did not look carefully about their terms and conditions, now I realized they used the customer's careless about their terms and conditions to auto bill the customer for things they don't need/want. It's very ugly dirty tricks they played on the careless customers like me.
