I was inboxed by a Dr. Olga Del Valle Barrientos concerning attending a conference in the USA and Dakar, Senegal in January 14 - 16, 2014 California and from January 20 -22, 2014 Dakar Senegal. I became suspicious when I went on the very professional looking website to check out this offer, when they asked for a copy of my passport I became extra cautious. Their reason being that they apply for the visas for you.

- I received a similar mail. the only difference being the change in dates to 2-4 April and 11-12, places being the same. The guy claims to be from UN. But he proved to be a nigerian fraud. He promised to and fro tickets free of cost !
