Sent in new clothing with the tags still on them. All name brands and new or like brands new. I sent in a large bag a recieved a $3.00 credit. Absolute scam, I would expect to have at least had a dollar for each item I sent in on average and did not even get a reasonable amount. I will never send anything in or buy any thing again. There is a consignment store down the road that only accepts name brands and like new clothing where I am able to receive a reasonable amount of payment. I would like to have at least received a packing list telling what I was paid for my bag, no doubt they are selling my clothes that still had tags in a store somewhere, Thredup is scamming people- do not use them.
