I went into the website to get a car vin check which was advertised for $1.00 and after 2 hours never had anything on the computer except "loading". Then I tried calling them and no one picked up the phone. Two days later my card was charged for $24.95. I tried calling them again and once more no one picked up. I called the credit card company and told them not to pay these charges. They sent me a form to fill out and one of the things they wanted was the telephone number. i had to go back into the web site to get that and thought I would try once more to contact them. I got a foreign girl who said my account would be credited for the $24.95 in 3 to 5 days but that I had to pay the $1.00. and that I would not be charged again in the future. Apparently this is an ongoing charge.
