this company has taken funds from my account on 2 occasions for creams that i have never ordered and when they were delivered i wouldn accept them so the post man returned them, i was emailing the company about this matter and they knewi was not happy and that i wanted a refund, and then on the 1st october they go and take another 114e from my account since then they have refunded me 50e that i told them i wouldnt accept, its like they dont take any thing im saying seriously, since all this started my health has taken a turn for the worse and am out off work sick with no pay, i only work 20hrs a week so i most definately wouldnt be ordering creams for over 100 pounds but seeming li when i ordered 2 trial size bottles thats when still all started, please help as the money that they have taken isnt even mine i do a savings club for a few girls in work ,and now i have to repay it
